Hayden Ferry Lakeside is an award winning 17-acre waterfront residential and office development in downtown Tempe, Arizona. Partnering with DFD and Suncor, this is one of the largest projects Nathan Allan has been involved with this year.

The expansive walls run endlessly in the vast entrance lobby. Cobalt Blue color finish is applied to our unique Cascade XL pattern. The panels are subtly backlit, illuminating the space throughout. 30 ft high panels behind the security desk simulates a waterfall effect.
