| Bronx Zoo Lion House Reconstruction (LEEDS Gold-Rated) Strategically positioned under the ceiling skylights to absorb the natural light rays, our corrugated light covers become the focal point of this glass ceiling. We used flat sheets of glass formed into a corrugated cardboardlike shape, applied a firefrost coating, and provided holes for connector bolts to the ceiling framework. The light sources are diffused by the greatly irregular surface shape of the glass, and the firefrost coating allows the glass to glow, particularly during the nightfall. Nathan Allan’s corrugated glass is also safety tempered.
