Using confidential casting methods with our exclusive mold materials, Nathan Allan has invented a bold new art form of Clear Cast Glass patterns. Freeform Glass is essentially textureless cast glass with intricate dimensional patterns. Patterns can run vertically or horizontally.

With all our cast glass options, we develop the product so that it can be safety-tempered. Freeform Glass can be safety tempered in 1/4" (6mm), 3/8"(10mm) 1/2"(12mm), 5/8"(15mm) and 3/4"(19mm) thick panels. Panels may also be cast to enable 2 identical layers to be resin laminated together, for installation in overhead canopies, elevated stairtreads, or other applications where laminated glass is required.

Freeform glass allows for a far greater light transmission than existing opaque glass, while still providing privacy. Identically viewed from both sides, the patterns are essentially Low to No-Maintenance, with easy to clean features.

MARGIN: A 1/2” minimum flat margin is required on all Freeform panels in order to maintain a flat edge for installation purposes.
