Crystalline Clear Glass for Architectural Glass Projects
Crystalline Clear Glass is in demand by those interior designers and architects, who desire the unusual and spectacular. Created in 1.5” to 4” thicknesses, Crystalline Clear Glass is designed for furniture glasstops, countertops, wall dividers, feature walls, and any cladding application. What is so unique about this glass are the polished surfaces and edges available on many of the design options. There is literally no texture on the fully polished versions. This ultra clear, exclusive glass, allows one to see through the glass from all angles. As a result, the intricate floating air bubbles are clearly visible throughout the glass.
While panels can be produced up to 5’0 x 10’0 sizes, one must always take into account, the weight of a large panel. Crystalline Clear Glass is available in 1.5”, 2”, 2.5”, 3” or 4” thick glass. If required, Crystalline Clear Glass can also be produced in a safety laminated form.
During the melting process of Crystalline Clear Glass, numerous air bubbles form inside the glass, and will be visible in the finished product. This is part of our organic design with handmade glass. Typically, the larger the panel size, and the thicker the glass, the greater amount of air bubbles will form.
